Northshore Estates was established in 2010 and since then the company has delivered a wide range of development and investment projects across Scotland in a variety of sectors.

 

Recent commercial projects include a number of trade park developments, offices, student accommodation, industrial units, a children’s nursery, several gyms and even a morgue! We have also completed a number of residential developments including both new build and conversions.

In addition to direct investment and development on its own account, Northshore also undertakes joint venture projects working with partners. Our joint venture developments include a 122 bed student accommodation scheme, an 83 bed hotel, a new HQ building for an international pharmaceuticals company and master-planning of a large mixed-use site.

We pride ourselves on working in partnership with tenants to deliver properties that are tailored to suit each occupiers' specific requirements. We have the ability to deal with complex challenging projects, but also know when to keep things simple.

 

As a company we have been fortunate to work on a wide variety of developments with many blue chip companies. We also take great pleasure in seeing some of the smaller companies we have worked with flourish and grow.
