This 12,500sq.ft. parade of 5 industrial units was acquired in mid-2019 from an English based pension fund in an off-market transaction.
 

The units were in poor condition with long term vacancies prior to acquisition by Northshore. A comprehensive refurbishment programme was actioned resulting in all the vacant units being pre-let prior to completion of the works.
 

We worked with the new and existing occupiers to ensure that the refurbished units met their operational requirements. ​The site has been fully occupied since we completed our refurbishment. Current tenants include YESSS Electrical, Smerdons Tree Services, Greggs, Bushwear and Powerfish.
