Banchory Trade Park was acquired into our Seamount Property joint venture in 2024. Development of this prominent 2 acre site commenced in early 2025, with the completed scheme totalling 20,000 sqft of space planned over four blocks. Two of the blocks were pre-let to Howdens and Kwik Fit, with the remaining 8,000 sq.ft. built speculatively. All the units have now been let to tenants including Royal Deeside Gymnastics, Scott Birse Fitness, Deeside Outdoor Leisure and A&M Technical Services. We worked closely with occupiers to tailor the units to suit their operational needs.
