We acquired this 2 acre site in 2025 in our Seamount Property joint venture company. The site and buildings were previously used an as abattoir and had lain empty for several years. We are currently underway with a comprehensive refurbishment of the site and buildings. Once the redevelopment is complete the site will offer modern industrial space, offices and a large secure yard.
