Our Seamount Property joint venture company acquired this 4 acre site in 2019. We agreed pre-let terms with Howdens Joinery, City Plumbing Supplies and Crown Paints for the development of a 18,500sqft Trade Park. Construction of the trade park was completed in September 2022 and the remaining land was sold to a national haulage company for HGV training use.
