The Gem Portfolio Limited was a new vehicle established in 2016 to acquire residential investment properties predominantly in the west of Scotland.

The company acquired 3 residential portfolios between April 2016 and February 2017 with a total of 75 properties located in and around Glasgow.

Individual properties and smaller portfolios have been sold on to a wide variety of purchasers including tenants, owner occupiers, housing associations and investors.
