This traditional west end townhouse forms part of a classical Georgian terrace and is planned over basement, ground and 3 upper floors. 

 

Working with Abercastle Investments we secured planning and listed building consent for conversion of this beautiful building from offices to residential and co-ordinated the redevelopment.

 

The lower ground floor was converted to a separate two bedroom flat, whilst the ground and upper floors were be returned to their former glory as a single townhouse. The building may be over 200 years old, but Robert Brown certainly knew how to design a drawing room. It was a privilege to work on such a beautiful building.
